Fantastic brunch. The mimosa flight paired with the short rib breakfast burrito was incredible. Very nice and fast service. Great outdoor seating options (with indoor seating options as well).

AMAZING! We had a great time - my mom, my aunt, and myself. Our server was so sweet and helpful. I don't remember his name but I'm gonna figure it out and give him a shout out. He had a great personality and was just very warm and sweet and helpful. I appreciated that customer service. Food was yummy! My eggs and pancake were a little lukewarm/cold for me but for the average person I'm sure it was very warm and perfect lol. Loved the watermelon lemonade! So good! My mom and aunt had a great time and they always have something to say haha! Jk Cafe vida has a nice vibe 10/10 And we sat outside under the shady area. I loved being outside. It was great

This is my second review of this place. Honestly, they never disappoint. Only waited 10 minutes to get a table for 8. We brought our Dad for a birthday brunch. It was our first time trying the chicken Chipotle quesadilla, chicken jalapeño melt, salmon tacos, and of course, we had to order our favorite buttermilk pancakes and chilaquiles again. Our 3 boys finished their entire meal as well. Not only did we have a pleasant meal, our server Victor was so quick and hospitable. He made sure we got everything we needed, that our food and drinks were to our liking, and brought a slice of carrot cake to sing happy birthday to my dad. Thank You for your great service Victor! You made our morning.

This is such a great breakfast spot and always packed! We came for Father's Day and got a cappuccino, OJs, Breakfast Burritos and the pancakes with a side of bacon. The cappuccino was great as was the fresh OJ! We absolutely love the breakfast burritos here - SO good and they are a great portion side. We usually order with a side of the potatoes as they are super well seasoned! We tried the pancakes for the first time and they were really thin and perfect for a sweet bite. They don't leave you feeling super heavy either, will definitely order again. The bacon was great but make sure to ask for it crispy if that's how you like it, ours was a bit chewy. Service was fantastic! The waiters are always really friendly here and it's a plus that you can bring your dogs on the patio!

4.5 stars Cafe Vida is a super popular brunch spot in Culver City with a menu of Latin-inspired and health-conscious eats--in other words, very Californian! My pick from the diverse set of offerings was the Rosemary Turkey Burger Organic Green Salad, a crunchy mixture of organic greens, shredded carrots, jicama, tomatoes, corn, pepitas, avocado, and sweet potato fries, along with a balsamic vinaigrette and a turkey burger patty with melted cheddar cheese and grilled onions. The salad came in a generous portion size, and my favorite parts were the sweet potato fries (a creative addition) and the crispy turkey burger topped with unctuous melted cheese. In addition to the tasty food, the service was friendly, the waits weren't too long, and the setting was a lively place for brunch.

Salmon mango salad was really good, I'd get it again. Dressing was perfectly tart and sweet. Salmon they gave me was a great portion size. I also got the green lemonade and it was delicious- the right sweetness. My family all ordered a variety of breakfast dishes which they enjoyed. Kids options were also plentiful. Service was great early morning before lunch time but once the lunch rush hit it became really crowded and we were ignored. The seating is mainly all outdoors with some indoor space but with full patio doors you're basically outside anyhow. It's a good casual place to go with family or friends. Street Parking in the area is a little tough but there's a large lot a couple blocks down.

Wow! I cannot believe I have walked past this place every Sunday not knowing it was soon to become number one in my book! And most reasonably priced. We ordered coffees, nothing crazy, yet I'm always happy when my coffee is rich and smooth. I would have liked it to be just a little hotter. Then came the best pancakes I've ever had. I haven't had pancakes this good in 15 years! When I tell you we devoured them, I'm mean it literally! Plate was left clean. They were sweet, buttery, and so fluffy and soft. The berries were fresh and sweet. My compliments to the chef! These pancakes are simply the best. The short rib burrito was very good. The meat was well seasoned and tender. Potatoes were not hard or over cooked and the sauce is very flavorful. I would say it's perfectly balanced spices. Very nice! You might want to order for 2 to share unless you are very hungry. Cause I took half of it home. The Huevos rancheros are definitely good. They are over easy eggs on top of a quesadilla, with red and green tomatillo sauce on top. The rice and guacamole were ok. Nothing bad, just not such a huge fan of brown rice and I for one think guacamole is better with chips. The watermelon lemonade was super refreshing. I think a little more sweetness would be nice but either way, I loved it. Will definitely order it again. I'd like add that it did take 35 minutes to get seated, like 15 minutes to order. I took into account that today was Mother's Day, I pass by every Sunday and it always looks super busy with people waiting to be seated. The staff regardless was very good. They clearly have a lot to do and tend to, and they do it gracefully. There was not one staff member that did nothing. These people know what it means to work as a team! I most definitely will be coming back! And if that wasn't enough, they gifted all mothers a beautiful rose. What a beautiful gesture.

This place is really good! The food was delicious and the ambiance was great. The music was good as well, not too loud, it was perfect to listen too and dance on your chair and still have a conversation! They don't take reservations, though, depending on the size of your party, your wait time would vary, but it's worth the wait!
